Are
these DVDs New?
Absolutely - 99.9% of every product sold
on the site is brand new and factory sealed.
We don't sell used DVDs normally but, if we do,
it will be clearly listed that the item is not
new. Every item's condition is listed under the
"DVD Details" on the product page.
Are
the DVDs your selling real or burned copies? Please know when you make a purchase
on our website you will not
receive some cheap burned DVD-r(s).
We do not sell home made or burned
copies ever. All products
on our site are professionally pressed, brand
new, they have the barcode and copyright notice.
Every set has full artwork and a keepsake case.
Do
these Anime DVDs play on USA DVD players or do
I have to buy a region free player? We make sure that every DVD offered on
our site is playable on USA/Canadian DVD players

extra to buy. Save your money on a region free
player and get more anime...just a suggestion

What
is your return policy?
We guarantee all products we sell and
will replace any defective product. Just contact
us with in 30 days of receiving the item. You
can contact us at the bottom of this page. To
keep prices down please note we do not take
items back for a cash refund period. Please
make sure to double check your order and ask
all questions you may have before placing an
order. Although we guarantee all products we
sell under the replacement offer above we do
not take orders back for reasons like; I didn't
like the anime, I already had the DVD, I don't
like the video quality, I don't like the subtitles,
I don't like the music, or anything related.
It is up to you to ask any questions before
making a purchase.
Do
you carry "Anime Title"?
If you don't see it on the site we probably
don't have it but let us know what you're looking
for and we may be able to add it to the site soon.
New titles are added frequently. Please note that
although we can't respond to all requests your

How
much is shipping to the USA?
Shipping is free for all orders just
$20.00 or more, also we are now upgrading
shipping on almost every order to First
Class or Priority Mail. So you will
get your order fast.
If
your order is under $20.00 shipping is a flat
$4.95.
I
signed up for the newsletter but have not received
a mailing?
Our newsletter is sent out about once
a month on average but sometimes it takes a
couple months. If it's been too long please
let
us know and we'll make sure you are added
to the mailing list.
